Tech Powers are actually omni-tool gadgets. A tech character must have an omni-tool to use tech powers. An omni-tool may not have more than 3 powers on it at any given time, and the character’s PP represent the omni-tool’s power points. Changing over an omni-tool requires an Electronics roll and 1 hour of work (-10 minutes/raise, up to 3). A character may not add a power he has not “learned” by taking the New Powers edge.
